A: The Pavilion at Lago Bella accommodates up to 250 guests.

Q: Is there parking for guests on-site?
A: Yes. We offer parking for up to 200 cars.

Q: Do you have a separate space for the ceremony and reception?
A: Yes. Ceremonies are typically held on the tree and water-surrounded island, which is accessible via bridge. Receptions are held inside the pavilion hall.

Q: Is there an area for cocktail hour?
A: Yes. Cocktail hour is typically hosted on our scenic patio just outside the reception hall, featuring a cozy fire pit, lawn games, cocktail tables, and drink troughs filled with refreshing beverages.

Q: What are some of the venue’s aesthetic features?
A: Our unique venue boasts a 4-acre lake with an island ceremony site surrounded by trees and water, truly secluded for the most reverent part of your day. Ask about our add-on boat access for photos! Our custom reception hall was crafted by the original owners in an aromatic red cedar with beautiful windows perfectly placed for a golden hour first dance.

Q: What services does the venue offer?
A: We offer a variety of services, from beginning to end, and everything in between! Contact us to book a tour and go over all the options.

Q: How many hours does the rental cover?
A: With our Gold Package, the venue is available from 8am to Midnight. With our Silver Package, the venue is available from 10am to Midnight.

Q: How many weddings does the venue allow within a day?
A: Just yours. Unlike other local venues, our venue will never book two weddings in one day. At the Pavilion at Lago Bella, we are committed to giving you the day of your dreams.

Q: Can we hire outside vendors?
A: With the exception of bartending services, you're welcome to bring in your own vendors as long as we receive a copy of their certificate of insurance.

Q: Are we allowed to bring our own alcohol?
A: Yes. Any alcohol brought to the venue is given to the bartender to distribute.

Q: Can the venue accommodate a DJ or live band?
A: Yes. We can host DJs or live bands according to client preference.
